She is obsessed with personal growth and a self-proclaimed chameleon. She's a mindset transformation coach, personal development facilitator, and impact speaker. She’s pretty damn good at helping people just like you #disruptthebullshit that keeps them stuck so that they can finally live a life their proud of - full of passion and fulfillment.

In a former career she acted as the COO for a consumer products company with sales and distribution in 60+ countries around the globe while simultaneously spending the last decade (and over $115k of her own money)  to learn from and train with some of the largest names in the personal and professional development arena! 

These days, she is the Founder of Renegade Mindset, a personal development company serving people all over the globe. Her superpower is in helping people through the power of language, the science of rewiring our neuro pathways on a subconscious level, and what she calls the heart/brain/gut connection.
